ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat)
Our otolaryngologist provides the very best treatment to both adults and pediatrics patients in Seguin and the surrounding communities. The scope of care includes ear, nose, oral, neck, voice and swallowing disorders, and more. The goal is to determine the most effective treatment that will help patients feel their best and then deliver those treatments through the most advanced, minimally invasive procedures currently available.
Internal Medicine/ Nephrology

The Birthing Center at GRMC is equipped with advanced technology to care for your newborn. Our Neonatologist works closely with you in planning developmentally appropriate care based on your baby’s needs.
Obstetrics & Gynecology

Palliative Care
Palliative Care is designed to improve the quality of life for patients and their families facing the problems associated with serious or life-threatening illness. The goal is to prevent and relieve suffering by early identification and treatment of pain and other physical symptoms. Treatment also focuses on the emotional and spiritual issues that the patients and family may be experiencing.

Urgent Care
Open 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends from 7am to 7pm. Our providers care for the entire family – from pediatrics to geriatrics. We offer a full range of urgent care services, from broken bones, to the flu and more. The Urgent Care at Clear Springs welcomes walk-ins and also offers sports and band physicals.
Urology
At GRMG Urology Associates, we provide a plan of care tailored for each individual patient thorugh consultations. If necessary, treatments are then performed with the most advanced, minimally invasive procedures. Our goal is to provide the most effective plan of care to help our patients live life to the fullest.
Vascular Surgery
Vascular disease is more common with age, however people with a family history of vascular and heart disease are at higher risk, as well as women who are pregnant, or anyone who has a cardiac-related condition such as high cholesterol or hypertension. Our highly qualified vascular surgeon has years of experience and is trained in treating conditions that affect the arteries, blood vessels, veins, as well as the lymphatic system.
