LEARN MORE ABOUT DR. ATTIA

Dr. Attia is board-certified in internal medicine and has an impressive educational background, including a multi-year endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism fellowship specializing in the care and treatment of this patient population. Having experienced diabetes firsthand and within her own family, she brings both clinical expertise and lived understanding to her practice. Her journey into endocrinology was shaped by a desire to help others navigate the complexities of hormone-related conditions with empathy and support.

Dr. Attia treats a wide range of endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal and pituitary conditions, obesity, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and hypogonadism. She is passionate about patient education and empowerment and works closely with individuals to help them better understand their condition and make informed decisions about their health. She values the long-term relationships she builds with patients and the teamwork involved in finding the treatment options and lifestyle changes that work best for each person.

Helping patients improve their health outcomes—such as lowering A1c levels or managing thyroid disease—is what she considers the most rewarding aspect of his role as an endocrinologist.
