Bhupinder Sangha, MD
Bhupinder Sangha, MD brings a wealth of knowledge, being Board-Certified in Internal Medicine, Nephrology, and Critical Care. Dr. Sangha is also trained in interventional nephrology procedures. He completed his Internal Medicine residency along with Nephrology and Critical Care Fellowships at LSU Health Science Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. Prior to joining GRMG, he practiced at Baylor Scott and White in Waco. Dr. Sangha’s expertise in critical care and treatment of complex kidney diseases, heightens the level of care and broadens the scope of procedures and treatment options provided to patients in Seguin and surrounding communities.

Elisabeth Wright, RN, MSN, FNP-C
Elisabeth is a Family Nurse Practitioner and has been caring for patients since 2021 with GRMG Internal Medicine/Nephrology Associates. She began her nursing career in 2009, focusing on cardiology and critical care. Elisabeth graduated with honors from UT Health Science Center San Antonio in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After 12 years of nursing experience, mainly focused in cardiology and critical care, she went on to pursue a Master’s of Science in Nursing at Texas A&M Corpus Christi, where she graduated with honors in 2021. Outside of work, Elisabeth is a devoted mother to two daughters. They enjoy shopping together, beach trips and staying active in their church. Elisabeth also enjoys staying active in the gym, cooking and interior design projects.
